| 摘 要： | 目的 观察脑卒中患者和正常老年人的认知功能状况.方法 选取200例脑卒中患者和200例年龄、性别和教育程度与之相匹配的正常老年人进行对照,运用蒙特利尔（MoCA）认知测评量表检测其认知功能.结果 与对照组比较,脑卒中患者在视觉空间和执行功能、命名、注意力、语言、记忆力、定向力和总分方面明显降低,差异有显著统计学意义（P＜0.01）,而在抽象思维方面与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 脑卒中后认知功能障碍的发病率较正常老年人高,可达72.5%.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the recognition function state of cerebral stroke.Methods 200 cases of such patient and 200 adults who similar with age,sex and education were observed recognition function with MoCA methods.Results Compared with control group,the recognition function of vision,execute function,designate,attention,speech,memory and so on in stroke group was lower with significant difference P<0.01 but not in Abstract thinking.Conclusion The incidence of recognition function disorder was higher than normal elder. |
