| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年原发性高血压患者血压变异性(BPV)与脑卒中的关系。方法收集符合纳入标准的老年人群资料,分为高血压组(n=112)与正常对照组(n=83),比较两组高血压患者24 h、白天及夜间收缩压和舒张压的变异性及脑卒中发生率。结果高血压组24 h SBPV、d SBPV及脑卒中发病率高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论老年高血压患者BPV增高,收缩压变异性越大,脑卒中风险越高,BPV是脑卒中事件独立的危险因素,同时也是脑卒中的强预测因子。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the relation between BPV of elder hypertension and cerebral stroke.Methods The clinical materials of 112 cases of hypertension group and 83 cases of control group were BVP of systolic and diastolic stage and incidence of cerebral stroke.Results The incidence of cerebral stroke in test croup was higher than control group P<0.01.Conclusion With increasing BPV,the greater sBPV the more incidence of stroke.The BPV might be the isolated risk factor and predicting factor. |
