摘    要:目的观察健康宣教对改善心内科患者不良情绪及治疗依从性的效果。方法将106例心血管疾病患者随机分为试验组51例和对照组55例。对照组仅予以饮食、运动、服药等常规护理;试验组在对照组护理基础上予以健康宣教。对2组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及服药、门诊随诊依从性进行比较。结果 2组护理后SDS和SAS评分均明显低于护理前,且试验组明显低于对照组;试验组护理后服药和门诊随诊依从率分别为92.2%、80.4%,高于对照组的70.9%、58.2%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康宣教应用于心血管疾病患者的护理工作中,能显著减少患者的不良情绪,提高患者的治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of health education in improving negative emotion and treatment compli- ance of patients in the department of Cardiology. Methods 106 cases of patients in the department of Cardiology in our hospi- tal were chosen as the research object. They were randomly divided into the experiment group( n = 51 ) and the control group ( n = 55 ). The experiment group was given health education, and the control group was not given health education. The treat- ment compliance and the results of the SDS, the SAS score for the two groups were compared. Results The proportion of com- plete medication by your doctor (92.2%) and the proportion of outpatient followed up (80.4%) in the experiment group were higher than the control group. There was significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of health education in the care of the department of Cardiology, can reduce the negative emotions of patients with hypertension significantly, and im- prove patients'adherence. It should be use in clinical practice.
