| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声引导下输卵管通液造影诊治育龄期女性不孕症的临床价值。方法回顾性的分析了我院妇产科自2004-01～2011-03期间收治的385例不孕症患者,对146例原发性不孕者与239例继发性不孕者均进行超声引导下输卵管通液造影诊疗术,以判断输卵管通畅程度及治疗后疗效,并统计双侧输卵管通畅患者在治疗后1年内的受孕情况。结果经通液造影治疗后,原发性不孕组双侧输卵管通畅者98例;继发性不孕组双侧输卵管通畅者134例,通畅率分别为:67.1%(98/146)与56.1%(134/239),均较治疗前的40.4%(59/146)与16.3%(39/239)有所提高,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后1～3个月内的总受孕率为46.9%(107/232),高于4～6个月内的总受孕率24.6%(57/232)与7～12月内的总受孕率12.9%(30/232),且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下输卵管通液造影诊治育龄期女性不孕症的方法具有诊断与治疗的双重作用,且有简便、无创、费用低廉、可重复操作等诸多优点,应为临床诊治输卵管病因所致的不孕症患者的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided imaging diagnosis and treatment of tubal infertility of women of reproductive age. Methods A retrospective analysis of 385 cases admitted to hospital obstetrics and gynecology from January 2004 to March 2011 infertility patients,146 cases of primary infertility and 239 cases of secondary infertility performed ultrasound-guided tubal imaging.To determine the extent of tubal patency and therapeutic effect.The conception were recorded after1 year. Results Bilateral tubal patency in 98 cases of primary infertility group,134 cases of secondary infertility group with bilateral tubal patency,patency rates were 67.1%(98/146) and 56.1%(134/239),higher than before treatment,40.4%(59/146) improved to 16.3%(39/239),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),1 to 3 months after treatment,the total pregnancy rate 46.9%(107/232),higher than the total pregnancy rate of 4 to 6 months,24.6%(57/232) 12.9%(30/232) of the total pregnancy rate from July to December,and the differences were statisticallysignificance(P<0.05). Conclusion Tubal imaging ultrasound-guided diagnosis and treatment of infertility of women of reproductive age have the dual role of diagnosis and treatment,and it has simple,noninvasive,inexpensive,reusable operation advantages,should be the preferred treatment method of infertility patients. |
