| 摘 要： | 目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗酒精性心肌病心力衰竭的疗效。方法选取酒精性心肌病心力衰竭患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,分别给予常规治疗和加用曲美他嗪治疗2个月,通过6 min步行试验、左室射血分数(LVEF)及C-反应蛋白的含量,来评估曲美他嗪的疗效。结果治疗后,观察组与对照组患者6 min的步行距离(分别为0.5435 km±0.0693 km和0.4927 km±0.0727 km)、LVEF(分别为44.3%±8.6%和49.8%±9.5%)及C-反应蛋白的含量(分别为5.2 mg/L±0.7 mg/L和8.9 mg/L±1.1 mg/L),均优于对照组。结论曲美他嗪通过改善心肌代谢和抗炎作用,改善酒精性心肌病的心功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect of heart failure of alcoholic myocardiopathy treated with trimethazine.Methods 60 cases of such patient were divided into test group and control group.The test group was treated with trimethazine on base of routine.6 min walk distance,LVEF and CRP were detected.Results The 6 min walk distance(0.5435±0.0693)km test group and(0.4927±0.0727)km control group,LVEF(44.3±8.6)%in test group and(49.8±9.5)%in control,CRP content was(5.2±0.7)mg/L in test and(8.9±1.1)mg/L in control.The data of test group was better than those in control.Conclusion This drug might improve the heart function with myocardial metabolism and anti inflammation. |
