中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变26例临床分析

目的分析中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(central serous chorioretinopathy,CSC)的临床特征和荧光素眼底血管造影(fundus flurorescein angiography,FFA)的特征。方法对26例CSC患者的视力、初诊年龄、患病率、男女发病比例及FFA影像特征进行分析。结果本组女CSC患病率比男低(1∶4.25);≤40岁的CSC患者18眼,FFA单灶渗漏14眼(75.0%),多灶渗漏3眼(16.7%),不典型渗漏1眼(5.6%);>40岁CSC患者8眼,FFA单灶渗漏6眼(8.7%),多灶渗漏1眼(12.5%),不典型渗漏1眼(12.5%)。两组比较没有非常显著差异。结论 CSC的FFA表现单灶渗漏及墨渍、喷出型渗漏为主要特征,复发者渗漏点多靠近原发灶。患病率与性别有关,与年龄无关。

26 Cases of Central Serous Chorioretinopathy

Objective The analysis of central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC) of the clinical characteristics and fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) features. Methods 26 cases of CSC patients were studied with Visual acuity,age,prevalence,incidence ratio of men and women,and FFA image feature. Results Female CSC prevalence lower than that of men(1∶4.25);18 of the CSC patients ≤ 40 years old,FFA leakage of a single lesion in 14 eyes(75.0%),multifocal leakage of 3 eyes(16.7%),atypical leakage in 1 eyes(5.6%);40-year-old CSC eight patients with FFA leakage of a single lesion of 6 eyes(8.7%),multifocal leakage of 1 eyes(12.5%),typical leakage of 1 eyes(12.5%).The two groups have no significant difference. Conclusion CSC FFA performance of a single lesion leakage and ink stains,spray-type leakage as the main feature,more close to the primary tumor recurrence leakage points.The prevalence is gender-related regardless of age.
