| 摘 要： | 目的总结心理干预在森林脑炎呼吸肌麻痹早期的临床价值。方法对20例有不同心理障碍的森林脑炎呼吸肌麻痹早期患者在常规治疗的同时,通过"与患者密切接触"、"心理疏导"、"争取社会及家庭支持"等进行心理干预。结果 20例病人中,19例病人好转出院,1例死亡,死亡率5%,明显低于文献报道。结论对于森林脑炎出现呼吸肌麻痹的患者,及时进行必要的心理干预,是非常重要的,可以提高临床治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the psychological intervention in t Forest encephalitis patients with respiratory muscle paralysis.Methods 20 patients with different mental disorders of Forest encephalitis patients with early respiratory muscle paralysis,applied psychological intervention by "close contact with patients","mental","fight for social and family support" in the basis of conventional treatment.Results 19 cases improved and leave hospital,1 patients died,the mortality was 5%,significantly lower than reported in the literature.Conclusion To perform timely and necessary psychological intervention for Forest encephalitis patients with respiratory muscle paralysis might be a very important and it could improve the clinical effect. |
