盐酸氨溴索注射液辅助氧驱动雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿肺炎100例疗效观察

摘    要:目的盐酸氨溴索注射液辅助氧气雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿肺炎的临床疗效观察。方法将100例患儿随机分为两组,对照组50例给予抗感染,或平喘等常规对症治疗;治疗组50例在上述相同治疗的基础上,加用盐酸氨溴索注射液辅助氧驱动雾化吸入,观察治疗效果。结果治疗组显效率与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),且治疗组咳嗽、痰鸣音、气促、肺部湿啰音的消失时间及住院时间,均明显小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液辅助氧驱动雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿肺炎,可明显缩短病程,且副作用小,值得在临床中应用。

Abstract:Objective Clinical observation on Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection combined with oxygen aerosol inhalation in the treatment of infant pneumonia.Methods 100 cases of such patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 50 patients were given conventional treatment of symptomatic and anti-infection or asthma.Treatment group of 50 cases in the same treatment on the basis of a Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection combined with oxygen aerosol inhalation.To observe the treatment effects.Results The two groups has significant difference(P<0.05);Cough,phlegm,shortness of breath,pulmonary wet rales disappear time and the length of stay in treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection combined with oxygen aerosol inhalation therapy in infant pneumonia can significantly shorten the course of the disease and side effects.it is worth in the clinical application.
