甘肃省肃南裕固族自治县包虫病流行病学调查研究

目的了解肃南县区域包虫病流行现状,为制定预防控制对策提供基数资料。方法根据卫生部《2006-2015年全国重点寄生虫病防治规划》和《甘肃省包虫病病情基线调查方案》的要求,对该区人群、家畜、家犬进行包虫病流行病学调查。结果人群感染率为0.95%(38/3989),其中儿童感染率为1.80%(11/611);家畜感染率为22.91%(115/502);犬感染率为5.15%(32/621)。结论肃南县人群包虫病感染率高,与当地特殊的自然环境和生活习惯等因素有关。

The epidemiological investigation and prevention measures of echinococcosis in Sunan County,Gansu Province

Objective To understand the epidemic situation of echinococcosis in Huangeheng Town, Sunan County, and provide base data for the prevention and control measures. Methods We do the survey according to the Ministry of Health requirements of national major parasitic diseases prevention and control planning from 2006 to 2015 and The baseline survey plan of echinococeosis in Gansu Province. Results The population morbidity rate of Huangcheng Town was 0. 953% （ 38/ 3989）. The Serological testing positive rate of children was 1.8% （11/611）. The Fecal antigen detection positive rate was 5.15% （32/621）. Conclusion The population morbidity rate of Huangcheng Town is a litter higher than other areas ,which is related with the local special natural environment and living habits and other factors. The prevention and control work should be further strengthened in this area.
