莫西沙星治疗泌尿系统细菌性感染的临床观察

目的探讨莫西沙星治疗泌尿系统细菌性感染的有效性和安全性。方法将62例泌尿系统细菌性感染患者随机分为试验组和对照组各31例。试验组予以莫西沙星注射液静脉滴注治疗;对照组予以左氧氟沙星注射液静脉滴注治疗。2组治疗7～10d后比较临床疗效、细菌学疗效及不良反应发生率。结果试验组治疗后痊愈率、临床有效率、细菌清除率、不良反应发生率分别为90.3%、96.8%、93.1%、9.6%,对照组分别为87.1%、93.5%、89.3%、12.9%,2组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论莫西沙星治疗泌尿系统细菌性感染疗效确切,使用安全。

Efficacy of moxifloxacin injection in treatment of acute bacterial infection of urinary tracts

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin injection in the treatment of urinary tract bacterial acute infection. Methods A single blind randomized controlled trial was conducted 62 patients with urinary tract in- fections. The treatment group （ n = 31 ） were treated with moxifloxacin and the control group （ n = 31 ） were given levofloxacin- for 7 ~ 10d. Clinical,bacteriological efficacy and adverse reaction rates were compared. Results The recovery rate and effec- tive rate were 90.3% and 96.8%in treatment group,and 87.1% and 93.5% in control group respectively （P 〉0.05）. The bacterial eradication rate in treatment group and in control group were 93.1% and 89.3 %, and the adverse drug reaction rate in treatment group and in control group were 9.6% and 12.9% respectively （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Moxifloxacin injection is effective and safe in treatment of acute bacterial infection of urinary tract.
