摘    要:目的了解黑龙江省医院南岗分院临床分离菌的种类分布和耐药情况。方法 2009-07~2010-10间,对我院临床分离菌用Kirb-Bauer法(KB)分析。结果 697株细菌标本分别来源于痰、尿等,其中:革兰氏阴性菌占90.96%,革兰氏阳性菌占9.04%。常见的菌种为:大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌和克雷伯菌属等。产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLS)的细菌在克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌的检出率分别为:14.33%和11.43%。耐药分析显示:碳青霉烯类对常见的肠杆科细菌保持良好的抗菌活性,其次为含酶抑制剂的β-内酰胺类抗生素和四代头孢。结论细菌耐药仍是我院面临的主要问题,对耐药性的检测能指导临床合理使用抗菌药物,并可减缓耐药性的产生。

Abstract:Objective To understand the speciesdistribution and resistanceof clinical isolates in Nangang branch of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital.Methods From July 2009 to October 2010,to analyze hospital clinical isolates with Kirb-Bauer method(KB).Results 697 bacterial specimens were studied which were from sputum,urine,etc.,in which accounted for 90.96% of Gram-negative bacteria,Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 9.04%.The common bacteria were Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella spp.Thedetection rate of bacteria producing extended spectrum β-lactamase(ESBLS) in Klebsiella and E.coli were 14.33% and 11.43% respectively.Resistance analysis: carbapenemsmaintain a good antibacterial activityto common enterobacteriabacteria,followed by containing the enzyme inhibitors,beta-lactam antibiotics and fourth generation cephalosporins.Conclusion Bacterial resistance is still the main problem in our hospital,the detection of drug resistance can guide the rational use of antimicrobial drugs and slow the development of drug resistance.
