手外科病区护理绩效考核制度的建立与实施

摘    要:目的建立新的绩效考核制度,规范护士行为,提高护士积极性。方法以护理部质量控制内容为依据,根据手外科专科情况制定合适的奖惩激励制度,与护士分级管理联系形成系统的绩效考核制度并在科内实施。结果护理缺陷发生数由上年的15起降至4起,护理差错发生数由2起降至0起;在护士分级管理中,低级护士竞争到中级护士3人,中级护士竞争到高级护士2人,高级护士降为中级护士1人;护士对绩效考核实施的满意度为100%。结论新的绩效考核制度提高了护理质量,完善了示范病房对护士分层管理的要求。

Abstract:Objective To establish a new performance appraisal system,to standardize nurses′ practicing behavior,and to arouse their work enthusiasm.Methods Based on the contents of quality control developed by nursing department,we formed a systematic performance appraisal system through establishing an appropriate incentive system which connected with graded management of nurses.And we put it into effect in each department.Results The number of nursing defects dropped from 15 cases in last year to 4 cases this year,and the number of nursing errors from 2 cases to zero.Three junior nurses were promoted from low title to middle title,2 nurses were promoted from middle title to advanced title,and only 1 nurse was demoted from advanced title to middle title under nurse graded management system.Nurses′ satisfaction with the new performance appraisal system reached 100%.Conclusion The new performance appraisal system improves nursing quality and meets the requirements of demonstration ward with regard to graded management system.
