湿润烧伤膏治疗产科侧切伤口的疗效

目的：观察美宝湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗产科侧切伤口的疗效。方法：①湿润烧伤膏组（MEBO组）：于术后每日两次0．5％高锰酸钾溶液清洗外阴后，涂抹MEBO，涂药厚度2mm～3mm，直到拆线；②95％酒精组（酒精组）：于术后每日两次0．5％高锰酸钾溶液清洗外阴后，用95％酒精外敷，直到拆线；③两组中预测有发生感染可能的侧切伤口产妇，可使用抗生素（氨苄西林）肌肉注射，每日两次。结果：两组的百分比经X^2检验，MEBO组48h伤口有红肿、疼痛的例数均显著低于95％酒精组（P〈0．001），甲级愈合例数显著高于95％酒精组（P〈0．05）。结论：产科侧切伤口后应用MEBO可消肿、止痛，提高甲级愈合率，MEBO在临床上可以作为一种安全、有效的产科侧切伤口局部治疗药物。

The efficacy of MEBO in treating obstetrical lateral incision wounds

Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating obstetrical lateral incision wounds. Method: (1). In MEBO group, after washing the vulva with 0.5% potassium permanganate, MEBO was applied 2 times a day to the wounds to a thickness of 2 mm to 3 mm, until the stitches were removed. (2). In 95% ethanol group, after washing the vulva with 0.5% potassium per- manganate, 95 % ethanol was applied locally until stitches were removed. (3). Patients might have wound infections received extra treatment of intramuscular injection of ampicillin, 2 times a day. Result: MEBO was superior to 95 % ethanol. In MEBO group, the number of the cases with wounds swollen and pain after 48 hours was fewer than that in 95% ethanol group (P<0.01). The number of wounds with grade A healing was more than that in 95% ethanol group (P<0.05). Conclusion: MEBO is very, efficacious in treating obstetrical later- al incision wounds. It helps to subside the swelling, stop pain and promote wound healing. It is safe and reliable.
