氯氮平和利培酮对脑电图的影响

目的:比较氯氮平、利培酮对男性精神分裂症患者脑电图的影响。方法:将80例符合中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准第3版诊断标准的男性精神分裂症患者,随机分为氯氮平组和利培酮组,治疗6周,在治疗前后分别检查脑电图。结果:氯氮平引起脑电图异常率和出现痫样放电率明显高于利培酮(P<0.01),有7.5%出现痫样放电。结论:氯氮平易导致精神分裂症患者脑电图改变,利培酮对脑电图的影响较轻。而对脑电图影响的程度与剂量大小有关。

Effects of clozapine and risperidone on EGG

Objective To study the effects of risperidone and clozapine on EGG in male schizophrenic parlents.Methods 80 male patients who met the criteria of ccMD-3 for schizophrenia were randomly divided into two subgroups receiving treatment of rispefidone and clozapine respectively for six weeks.Before and after the treatment,EGG were inspected.Results The abnormality rate and epileptiform discharge rate in EGG by clozapine were higherthan risperidone.Epileptiform discharges occurred in 7.5% of the patients.Conclusion Clozapinemight have significant influence on EGG.Risperidone might have slight influence on EGG.The effect on EGG was related to the dosage of clozapine and risperidone.
