典型护理问题版块集中处理法在高血压脑出血幸存者康复期中的应用观察

[目的]观察典型护理问题版块集中处理法在高血压脑出血幸存者康复期中的应用效果。[方法]将90例高血压脑出血幸存者随机分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组给予常规康复护理,观察组给予典型护理问题版块集中处理法干预。采用自我护理能力测评量表、功能独立能力评价量表,比较两组病人干预前后自护能力、独立生活能力评分,采用脑卒中专门化生活质量量表,比较两组病人干预后生活质量评分。[结果]观察组病人干预后自护能力评分、独立生活能力评分和生活质量评分均高于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]采用典型护理问题版块集中处理对高血压脑出血病人实施康复期护理干预,可提高病人的自护能力、独立生活能力与生活质量。

Application of centralized treatment of typical nursing problems in rehabilitation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage survivors

Objective:To observe the effect of centralized treatment of typical nursing problems in rehabilitation period of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage survivors.Methods:A total of 90 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage survivors were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each.The control group received routine rehabilitation care,and the observation group received centralized treatment of typical nursing problem as the intervention.The self-care ability and the independent living ability score were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention by using The Appraisal of Self-care Agency Scale (ASAS) and Function Independent Measure (FIM).The quality of life scores was compared between the two groups of patients after the intervention by using Stroke-specific Quality of Life Scale (SS-QOL).Results:The scores of self-care ability,independent living ability and quality of life in the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The centralized treatment of typical nursing problems applied in the rehabilitation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients could improve the self-care ability,independent living ability,and quality of life of patients.
