摘    要:[目的]探讨集束化护理在减少急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)俯卧位通气病人并发症方面的实践效果。[方法]将2014年2月—2015年5月收治的24例ARDS行俯卧位通气的病人设为对照组,予以常规护理,2015年6月—2016年2月收治的24例ARDS行俯卧位通气的病人设为实验组,予以集束化护理干预,比较两组病人并发症的发生情况。[结果]实验组非计划性拔管率、压疮发生率、低血压发生率均较对照组低(P0.05),但两组病人的误吸发生率、角膜损伤发生率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。[结论]集束化护理能有效减少ARDS俯卧位通气病人并发症的发生率,效果优于常规护理。

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the practical effect of cluster nursing on reducing the complications of patients with ARDS prone position ventilation.Methods: 24 ARDS patients in prone position ventilation during Jan.2014 to May.2015 were selected as control group who were provided usual care.Meanwhile,24 ARDS patients in prone position ventilation during Jun.2015 to Jan.2016 were selected as experimental group who were provided bundle care.Then ,compared the occurrence of the complications in the two groups.Results: The incidence of unscheduled extubation,pressure ulcer and low blood pressure in experimental group were lower than that control group (P<0.05).While,the incidence of aspiration and corneal injury in the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion: Compared with usual care,cluster nursing could effectively reduce the complications in patients with ARDS in prone position ventilation and improve the quality of nursing care.
