高频超声对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值

目的 探讨急性阑尾炎的声像图特征及高频超声对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值.方法 检查过程中高低频探头交换使用,运用探头加压法在右下腹麦氏点阑尾区多切面扫查,全部病例经手术与病理证实.结果 急性阑尾炎的超声诊断符合率:高频为88.66%,低频为68.46%.结论 高频超声对急性阑尾炎显示率明显高于低频超声,并可判断炎症病变的进展程度,为临床选择治疗方式提供客观诊断依据.

Value in diagnosis of Acute appendicitis by high-frequency ultrasonic

Objective To probe into the value in ultrasonic image characteristic analyse for diagnosis of acute appendicitis by high-frequency ultrasonic. Methods The ultrasonic multisection detection exchange with a high-frequency probe and a low-frequency probe pressed on Mc Burney's point of lower-right abdomen. All acute appendicitis made sure by surgery and pathology. Results Clinical and pathologic diagnosis of acute appendicitis according with the diagnosis by high-frequency ultrasonic was 88.66% and by low-frequency ultrasonic was 68.46%. Conclusions The display ratio of acute appendicitis by high-frequency ultrasonic is more than low-frequency ultrasonic. The diagnosis by high-frequency ultrasonic could estimate the inflammation degrees of appendix and then provide the basis for choosing a right treetment of appendicitis.
