PCR结合变性高效液相色谱快速检测水产品中河流弧菌

目的:应用PCR结合变性高效液相色谱技术实现水产品中河流弧菌的快速鉴定。方法:利用河流弧菌的toxR基因序列设计引物,并对该方法进行特异性、精密度和实际应用等方面的考察。结果:用该方法未检测到河流弧菌的近源种及其他细菌的阳性吸收峰,表现出了很好的特异性。结论:用PCR结合变性高效液相色谱检测河流弧菌,不仅特异性好、灵敏度高,且方法简便、快速。

Detection of Vibrio fluvialis in food by PCR-DHPLC

Ojbective:To use PCR and denaturing high-performance liquid chromatography to identify Vibrio fluvialis rapidly.Methods:Primers for specific PCR amplification were designed based on the transmembrane regulatory protein ToxR gene of Vibrio fluvialis.Meanwhile,its specificity and stability were examined.Results:Using this method to detect Vibrio fluvialis and other Bacteriaes,only Vibrio fluvialis can be detected.Conclusion:A PCR-DHPLC assay amplification targeting at the ToxR gene of Vibrio fluvialis is a rapid,specific,sensitive and relatively simple method for the identification of Vibrio fluvialis.
