| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨Ａｌｚｈｅｉｍｅｒ 病（ＡＤ） 患者脑脊液（ＣＳＦ） 中细胞凋亡因子Ｆａｓ 抗原含量变化的临床意义。方法 采用ＥＬＩＳＡ方法测定了２７ 例ＡＤ、１２ 例多发梗死性痴呆（ＭＩＤ） 和对照组１７ 例患者ＣＳＦＦａｓ 抗原含量。结果 患者ＣＳＦ中Ｆａｓ 抗原含量为ＡＤ 组（１１－１１９ ±３－０９５） ｎｇ／ｍｌ，稍低于ＭＩＤ 组的（１２－６６０ ±７－８９３） ｎｇ／ｍｌ 及对照组的（１３－２７０±８－４９１） ｎｇ／ｍｌ，但三组间Ｆａｓ 含量的差异无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０－０５）；ＡＤ组中不同年龄段或不同痴呆程度患者的ＣＳＦＦａｓ 抗原水平的差异均无显著性（均为Ｐ＞ ０－０５） 。结论 ＣＳＦ中Ｆａｓ 抗原含量的变化对ＡＤ的诊断及鉴别诊断似无重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine Fas antigen concentration in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and evaluate its clinical significance.Methods ELISA was used to measure Fas antigen in CSF of 27 patients with AD, 12 patients with multi-infarct dementia (MID) and 18 controls with other diseases of central nerve system.Results CSF Fas antigen concentration was slightly decreased in AD when compared with MID and controls, with no statistical significance. Further more, there was no significant difference among the CSF Fas antigen concentration in different age or dementia severity subgroup of AD patients ( P >0.05).Conclusion CSF Fas antigen concentration may be of no important significance in the diagnosis of AD. |
