CT引导下经皮肺细针抽吸活检术的临床应用

目的探讨CT引导下经皮肺细针抽吸活检术的临床应用。方法对30例经影像检查考虑为肺部肿瘤患者，在CT引导下经皮肺细针抽吸活检术。结果30例活检中肺癌24例，转移癌2例，肺结核2例，诊断准确率93．3％（28／30），并发症很少，其中气胸2例，痰中带血3例。结论CT引导下经皮肺细针抽吸活检术定位准确，诊断率高，并发症少，操作安全，是一种可靠的肺部疾病的诊断技术。

Clinical Application of CT-guide Percutaneous Transthoraic Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy

Objective To explore the clinical application of CT-guided percutaneous transthoraic fine needle aspiration biopsy. Methods 30 patients were considered lung tumor in imagine, undergoing CT-guided percutaneous transthoraic needle aspiration biopsy,2 patients in lung abscess were injected drug undergoing CT-guided. Result 30 patients in percutaneous needle biopsy were：lung cancer 24 cases, metastasized tumor 2 cases, tuberculoma2 cases, undefined 2 cases , which were proved tuberculoma and inflammatory pseudotumor by surgical operation . The diagnostic accurate rate was 93.3% （28/30）, complication of 32 cases were pneumothroax in 2 （6.2% ,2/32 ）, hemoptysis in 3 （9.3 % ,3/32）. Conclusion CT-guided pcrcutaneous transthoraic fine needle aspiration biopsy is accu- rate site,high diagnostic accuracy, low complication and salty operation. It is a reliable diagnostic technology in lung disease.
