MEBT/MEBO治疗烧伤10年总结

10年来采用MEBT／MEBO治疗不同类型烧伤共3500例，其中重度以上烧伤800余例，50％以上大面积烧伤150例；总治愈率超过95％，大面积重度烧伤治愈率超过85％，80余例见度烧伤经MEBT／MEBO治愈。作者从四个方面总结了应用MEBT／MEBO技术的体会。

A Summary of the Application of MEBT/MEBO in Treating Burns in the Past 10 Years

In the past 10 years, 3,500 cases of burns of various kinds were treated with MEBT/MEBO. More than 800 cases had severe burn. 150 cases had burn area over 50% TBSA. The total cu-rative rate reached more than 95%. For large area and severe burn, the curative rate reached more than85%. More than 80 cases with third degree burn were cured by MEBT/MEBO. 6 out of the 10 caseswith whole face burn were healed without skin grafting and the other 4 cases also cured with good re-sult. 3 cases received skin grafting, the grafting area was less than 0.5% One case with deep severeburn area over 95 % TBSA healed quickly, no skin grafting was needed and no scar formed.
