经济发达地区农村恶性肿瘤死亡状况及动态变化趋势

分析了经济发达地区无锡农村三个年代（７０、８０、９０）恶性肿瘤死亡状况及动态变化趋势，结果表明，该地区三个年代恶性肿瘤标化死亡率为１４１．４０／１０万、１５３．５６／１０ 万、１６２．４５／１０ 万，高于全国恶性肿瘤死亡水平。恶性肿瘤死亡率前五位为胃癌、肝癌、食道癌、肺癌与肠癌。９０ 年代与７０年代相比，恶性肿瘤死亡率上升了１４．８９％ ，其中肺癌、肝癌死亡率上升１．５２ 倍和０．４１ 倍，从而提示在经济发达地区要针对全球在经济发展过程中肿瘤发病与死亡变化趋势，结合本地实际，研究制订肿瘤防治规划与对策，采取综合性措施，切实开展肿瘤防治工作。

The Death Status and Its Tendency of Malignant Tumors in the High-Incomed Rural Areas

The death status of malignant tumors in three decade (1970s,1980s,1990s) and their trend in high incomed rural areas of Wuxi city was analyzed in this article.The results showed that the standardized mortality in the three decades were 141 40/100 000,153 56/100 000 and 162 45/ 100 000 ,respectively,higher than the total level of the whole country.The five main malignant tumors with high morality were as follow:the gastric cancer,the liver cancer,the esophagus cancer,the lung cancer and the intestine cancer.Mortality of malignant tumors in the 1990s has increased by 14 89% when compared with that in the 1970s,among which the mortality of the lung cancer has increased 1 52 times,together with the liver cancer has increased 0 41 times.The analysis indicated that some prevention and treatment measures which would be taken must be associated with the local conditions in order to make a comprehensive program to prevent the incidence of tumors and to control the situation.
