胰腺囊性病变钙化的CT征象分析（附9例报告）

目的：确定胰腺囊性病变钙化在ＣＴ定性诊断上的意义。材料与方法：经ＣＴ扫描发现胰腺囊性病变伴有钙化者９例，其中５例为胰腺假性囊肿，３例囊腺癌和１例良性胰腺囊腺瘤。结果：本组病例所见到的钙化可分为三种类型，即完全环形、偏居线状和模糊斑点条状钙化；前二型见于假性囊肿（５例），良性囊腺瘤（１例）；模糊斑点条状钙化见于囊腺癌（３例）。结论：仔细分析胰腺囊性病变钙化的形状、轮廓和密度有助于定性诊断。

CT Evaluation of Calcified Cysitic Lesions of the Pancreas: Report of 9 Cases

bjective: To determine the significance of calcification observed in the cystic lesions of the pancreas by means of computed tomography (CT).Materials and Methods: Nine cases were identified in whom CT demonstrated pancreatic cystic lesions with calcification. Among them include 5 cases of paeudocyst, 3 case adenocarcinoma and 1 benign cyst adenoma.Results: Three patterns of calcification of the cyst wall of the pancreas were recognized in this series: Sharply circumscribed ring calcification (pseudocyst n=1, benign cyst adenoma n=1), liner or crescent calcification (pseudocyst n=4) and hazy linear or punctuate calcification (cyst adenocarcinoma n=3).Conclusion: Careful analysis of the shape, contour and density of the calcification by CT will be helpful in specifying the cystic lesion of the pancreas.
