| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经皮置入AF治疗无神经损伤的胸腰椎骨折效果.方法 15例患者在连续透视监视下,选准椎弓根定位点,打入克氏针定位,位置满意后,依次置入椎弓根螺钉,皮下潜行分离置入连接杆.结果 所有患者X线复查骨折复位满意,无手术副损伤.术后2周下床活动.结论 经皮置入AF治疗无神经损伤的胸腰椎骨折是一种可行的微创治疗方式.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application of percutaneous pedicle screw in for thoracolumbar fracture without spinal nerve injury. Methods With C-arm navigation, 14 patients were treated by percutaneous AF pedicle screw fixation with four minimally invasive incisions. Results All patients got good reduction, early activity and without complication. All were restored to out-bed activity in 2 weeks.
