| 摘 要： | 笔者总结经支气管镜下介入治疗原发性气管支气管淀粉样变性患者的护理。认为术前做好心理护理及各项准备工作;术中密切配合,协助患者取合适体位,取出假牙,用毛巾盖住双眼,密切观察病情变化,正确处理治疗中的不良反应确保手术顺利进行;术后观察咯血等并发症,及时发现并处理。

| Abstract: | The authors have summarized their experience in caring 10 patients with primary tracheaebronchial amyloidosis after interventional therapy through bronchoscope,holding the nursing measures include preoperative mental care and other preparations,operative close cooperation by helping them take a comfortable posture,get out false teeth,covering eyes with towel and close observation of disease conditions and proper handling of the adverse reaction at treatment to ensure success of the operation and finally postoperative observation and timely handle of such complications as coughing up blood. |
