脊柱侧凸三维矫形术的早期并发症及其预防

目的:探讨脊柱侧凸三维矫形手术的早期并发症及其防治。方法:1995年6月至2003年4月,应用中华长城椎弓根三维矫形系统治疗各型脊柱侧凸487例,男性96例,女性391例;年龄8~33岁,平均14.3岁。术前侧凸Cobb角35°~135°,平均86.6°;后凸5°~68°,平均28.4°。结果:全组病例均安全完成矫形手术,侧凸矫正率45%~98%,平均82.3%,后凸矫正率23%~56%,平均35.8%。术中、术后无脊髓损伤,其它并发症共发生139例次。结论:三维矫正脊柱侧凸仍存在不少并发症,但如术前准备充分、术中术后处理得当,脊髓、神经损伤可获得有效预防。

Early complications of three dimensional correction for scoliosis:Analysis and prevention

Objective:To analysis the early complications of three dimensional correction for scoliosis and its prevention.Method:From1995to2003,487cases of scoliosis were treated surgically with China Great Wall3D System.There were96male and391female with an average age of14.3years.The average Cobb angle of deformity was86.6degrees for scoliosis and28.4degrees for kyphosis pre-operatively.Result:All patients underwent surgery safely.The correction rate was82.3%for scoliosis and35.8%for kyphosis.There were no major complications such as neurological injury occurred intra-operatively and post-operatively,but occurrence of other minor complications were139times.Conclusion:There are early complications in the three dimensional correction for scoliosis.It can be prevented through careful preparation pre-operatively and careful management intra-operatively and post-operatively.
