摘    要:目的:探讨多孔碳酸钙陶瓷(PCCC)的生物相容性,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:采用浸提法制备PCCC生理盐水,实验项目包括急性毒性实验、微核实验、肌肉内植入实验。结果:PCCC无致基因突变的作用,植入体内后组织学检查未见免疫排斥反应,只出现一过性的炎症反应,对肌肉无刺激作用。结论:PCCC具有良好的生物相容性,适合于作为骨缺损的填充材料。

Abstract:Objective: To study the biocompatibility evaluation of porous carbonate calcium ceramics(PCCC) and to provide experiment basis for the clinical application.Methods: PCCC was immersed into physiological saline and culture fluid to acquire PCCC solution,the experiments include acute toxicity testing,minute nucleus test and muscle implant test.Results: PCCC had no gene mutation,and no significant immune reaction of foreign body was observed by histochemistry technique after it was implanted into muscular pocket.Conclusion: According to the tests,the porous carbonate calcium ceramics showed no inflammatory reaction and good tissue biocompatibility.
