111例新生儿呼吸衰竭的临床分析与急救护理

目的探讨新生儿呼吸衰竭的发病原因及急救护理。方法对我院儿科新生儿监护室1999年1月~2003年12月收治的111例新生儿呼吸衰竭患儿进行回顾性分析。结果原发病以呼吸系统疾病和神经系统疾病最为多见。治愈61例,好转7例,死亡43例。结论根据病情选择不同的辅助通气方式,积极配合抢救护理,是提高新生儿呼吸衰竭抢救成功率的关键。同时,做好围产期保健是降低新生儿原发病致呼吸衰竭发病率的根本。

The Clinical Analysis and Emergency nursing in Neonate with respiratory failure

Objective To discuss the emergency nursing and pathogenic cause of neonate with respiratory failure.Methods Retrospective analysis in 111 neonates with respiratory failure who were cured in our neonate intensive care unit from January,1999 to December,2003.Results Most of them were with primary disease of respiratory disease and nervous disease . 63 of the 111 cases were cured,7cases were better and 41 cases died.Conclusion It is the key in curing neonate with respiratory failure that selecting fitable auxiliary ventilation according to patient's condition and active emergency nursing, perinatal hygiene is also important to lowering its incidence.
