冠状动脉内支架临床应用的初步报告

本文报道７例冠状动脉内支架临床应用情况，４例Ｇｉａｎｔｕｒｃｏ－Ｒｏｕｂｉｎ支架用于经皮冠状动脉胶内成形术（ＰＴＣＡ）并发冠状动脉急性闭塞或濒临闭塞，其中１例于右冠状动脉内植入２个支架；２例Ｐａｌｍａｚ－Ｓｃｈａｔｚ支架及１例Ｇｉａｎｔｕｒｃｏ－Ｒｏｕｂｉｎ支架用于预防ＰＴＣＡ后再狭窄。７例支架植入均获成功，１例术后股动脉穿刺部位出血，２例腹股沟局部血肿，无其它并发症。

A PRELIMINARY REPORT ON IMPLANTATION OF INTRACORONARY STENTS

Seven intracoronary stents, including 5 Gianturco-Roubin stents and 2 Palmaz-Schatz stents, were implanted in this institution since October 1992 ; three of which were used for prevention of restenosis after PTCA, 4 for the treatment of acute or threatened closure complicating PTCA. Satisfactory angiographic results were obtained in all the 7 cases after stenting. In 2 patients with chest pain and ST segment elevation following acute or threatened closure, chest pain was relieved and only small areas of myocardial infarction developed after stenting. The complications of stenting were hematoma in 2 cases and bleeding in puncture site in 1 case. There was no complication of acute or subacute thrombosis. Three patients in whom stents were implanted for prevention of restenosis were followed for 4-12 months and no symptoms recurred.These data suggest that intracoronary stenting may be used for treatment of acute or threatened closure complicating PTCA or prevention of restenosis
