脑铁代谢与脑缺血时铁失衡

摘    要:脑铁稳态的维持对机体内环境至关重要。急性脑缺血后铁代谢失衡,由铁介导的自由基产生和脑组织中的铁沉积加剧缺血时致脑损伤。研究脑缺血时铁代谢的变化及其原因,将有助于我们理解脑缺血损伤的发病机制,为寻找脑缺血损伤的防治方法提供理论指导。本文就脑内铁代谢过程、脑缺血后铁代谢变化及变化的可能机制作一综述。

Abstract:The accumulated evidence demonstrates that misregulation in brain iron metabolism is one of the initial causes for neuronal death in cerebral ischemia..Iron metabolic disorder usually happens following acute cerebral ischemia,which leads to excess free radical and iron ion accumulation and ultimately accelerate the cerebral injury.Research on the changes and mechanism of iron ion metabolic imbalance in brain will help us to find nosogenesis of cerebral ischemia injury and effective treatment thereafter.In the article,the recent advances in studies on neurochemistry and neuropathophysiology of brain iron metabolism and possible mechanism were reviewed.
