有创颅内压监测在重症高血压脑出血患者治疗中的应用

目的 比较重症高血压脑出血是否使用有创颅内压(ICP)监测方式对患者预后的影响,明确颅内压监测方式对重症高血压脑出血临床救治的意义.方法 回顾性研究80例重症高血压脑出血患者.25例重症高血压脑出血患者入院后行颅内压监测,根据颅内压变化的水平调整治疗方案,对照组55例患者不行颅压监测,根据患者的意识、生命体征及CT检查,进行常规治疗.结果 ICP监护组在疗效,预防并发症方面均优于对照组,二者有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对于重症高血压脑出血的患者行颅内压监测对于降低并发症,改善预后方面有重要意义.

Treatment Application of Intracranial Pressure Monitoring in Patients with Severe Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To probe into the value of invasive intracranial pressure（ICP） for monitoring on the severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A retrospective study of 80 patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was performed.A total of 25 cases of severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients were underwent ICP,then the treatment plan would be adjusted according to the level of intracranial pressure changes.The control group of 55 patients was performed by no intracranial pressure monitoring,according to the patient＇s consciousness,vital signs,and CT examination,with routine treatment.Results The efficacy,and prevention of complications in ICP monitoring group were better than those in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The present findings suggest that ICP monitoring may reduce complications and improve prognosis of patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
