护理学基础双语教学方法的改革与效果探讨

摘    要:目的探讨护理专业本科护理学基础双语教学方法的改革与效果。方法抽取南华大学二级学院2007级护理本科3个自然班(1班、3班、4班)137名作为研究对象,并将1班、4班设为试验班,其中,1班为小组契约教学班,4班为小组教学班;3班设为对照班。试验教学为期半年。试验结束后,通过学习成绩和自行设计的问卷调查其实施效果。结果试验班理论成绩明显高于对照班,其中小组契约教学班的成绩最高;问卷调查显示,试验班学生的学习效果、自主学习及总评各维度得分明显高于对照班。结论试验教学较常规教学更能提高学生的学习自主性,同时能减少教师的监控难度,使学生达到更好的学习效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the reform effect of bilingual teaching methods on Fundamentals of Nursing course for nursing undergraduates.Methods Totally 137 nursing undergraduates were selected as the subjects,who were in the three classes(Class 1,Class 3 and Class 4) and enrolled in 2007 in South China University.Class 1 and Class 4 were considered as experimental group,and Class 3 was considered as control group.Group -contract teaching was used in Class 1,group teaching was used in Class 4,and the traditional teaching was used in Class 3.After six months,academic achievements were compared,and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the teaching effect.Results The experimental group had higher scores in the theoretical results than the control group(P〈0.05),and the score of Class 1 was the highest.The experimental group had higher scores in the learning effect,self-regulated learning and overall than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Group-contract teaching and group teaching can enhance the students' learning autonomy and reduce the teachers' monitoring difficulty,so that the students achieve better learning effect.
