苏州市老年人生活信心和社会支持情况对生命质量影响的调查

目的　了解苏州市老年人群生活质量的现状和生活信心、社会支持情况 ;探讨老年人生活信心与社会支持情况对其生命质量的影响 ;分析国内外生活质量量表的异同。方法　采用SSRS、PGC量表、SF - 36量表和老年人生活质量调查表对苏州市 16 7名离退休人员进行自评调查。结果　无论用SF - 36量表还是老年人生活质量调查表测出的老年人生命质量均与其生活信心呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同时SF - 36测出的生命质量与社会支持情况无关联 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而老年人生活质量调查表测出的生命质量与社会支持情况呈显著性相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　生活信心和社会支持是老年人生命质量的两个密切相关的主要因素 ,无论用SF - 36量表还是使用老年人生活质量调查表测量 ,生命质量与生活信心的联系是密切的 ;对社会支持 ,尤其是主观支持方面 ,老年人生活质量调查表可能更敏感、更明显。

Study on the Relationship between Confidence, Social Support and Quality of Life of Elderly Chinese in Suzhou

Objective In order to understand the present situation of quality of life?confidence and social support among elderly population in Suzhou and the influence of confidence and social support on the quality of life of the elderly Chinese. To analyze the differences in results obtained from the U.S.A. MOS SF-36 and QOL questionnaire for elderly. Method The 167 elderly Chinese in Suzhou were investigated with PGC Moral scale, SSRS, MOS SF-36 and QOL questionnaire for old people. Results Between the quality of life evaluated by both SF-36 and QOL questionnaire for old people and their confidence,there was positive correlation, but the scores of social support was correlated only with the quality of life evaluated by questionnaire for old effect people.Conclusion Confidence and social support are two major factors closely related with quality of life of old people. To explore the relationship of confidence and quality of life, both the SF-36 and QOL questionnaire for old people are satisfactory, but for the social support, especially the subjective support, the QOL questionnaire for old people may be more sensitive and more preferable.
