| 摘 要： | 木实验检测了胆固醇饲料组（ＣＨＧ）和标准饲料组（ＳＧ）家兔的血清总胆固醇、脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）含量、超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活力及血浆睾酮含量。结果表明，①ＣＨＧ的血清，总胆固醇，ＬＰＯ含量均明显高于ＳＧ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。②血清ＳＯＤ活力，ＣＨＧ明显低于ＳＧ。③ＣＨＧ的血浆睾酮含量与ＳＧ比较呈有意义的低值（Ｐ＜０．０５），而血浆睾酮含量与血清，总胆固醇含量之间呈负相关关系。提示高胆固醇血症不仅可以促进脂质过氧化过程，而且也可导致低睾酮反应．

| Abstract: | Sixteen rabbits were divdedinto two groups : the
cholesterol diet group(CHG)and the standard diet group(SG).Contents of lipid
peroxide(LPO),plasmic testosterone(T),total serum cholesterol(TC)and activity of superoxide
dismutase(SOD)were determined inboth groups.The results showed that(1) serum TC and
content of LPO in CHG were signifi-cantly higher than those in SG(P<0. 01, P<0. 01);(2) the
activity of SOD was profoundlylower than that in SG;(3)content of T in CHG was significantly
lower (P<0. 05)when com-pared with that in SG. Furthermore,the negative correlative relation
between contents of T and TC, demonstrated that hypercholesterolemia not only accelerated
the process of lipid peroxida-tion,but also resulted in hypotestosteronemia. |
