| 摘 要： | 目的 评价创面负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在5·12地震伤员下肢挤压伤后骨筋膜间隙综合征筋膜切开减张术后的治疗效果.方法 对16例地震伤员下肢挤压伤后骨筋膜间隙综合征筋膜切开减压术后,分别采用创面VSD治疗6例,常规外科换药10例.结果 创面VSD治疗组无感染发生,且肢体肿胀消退快,愈合时间明显缩短.结论 VSD是一种适合在地震、战争、恐怖袭击等灾害性事件中治疗骨筋膜间隙综合征的有效措施,值得推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of VSD in the compartment syndrome in patients injured under earthquake.Methods Sixteen patients with compartment syndrome were divided into 2 groups.Six patients were treated by VSD,while 10 patients were treated as usual.Results Wounds in the patients in VSD group closed more quickly without infection.Conclusion VSD is a good method to treat compartment syndrome in patients injured in earthquake,war and terrified attack. |
