利他林、毒扁豆碱治疗精神药物急性中毒临床对比观察

目的 研究利他林与毒扁豆碱抢救精神药物急性中毒的疗效。方法 对41例精神药物急性中毒患者进行随机分组，分别利用毒扁豆碱和利他林治疗，观察疗效和副反应。结果 利他林组20例抢救成功，成功率100％；平均清醒时间为13．26小时；毒扁豆碱组21例中死亡1例，成功20例，成功率为95．24％，平均清醒时间为11．69小时。结论 利他林和毒扁豆碱对急性精神药物均有较好的疗效，二者无显著性差异。但利他林副作用小，安全性更高。

A comparison between methylphenidate and physostigmine in the salvage of acute antipsychotics toxicosis.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of methylphenidate and physostigmine in the salvage of acute antipsy-chotics toxicosis. Method 41 neurotic patients were randomly assigned to receive either methylphenidate or physostigmine as well as the efficacy and side effects were observed. Results All of the 20 patients of methylphenidate group were successfully salvaged,and the average revival time was 13.26 hours. As to the physostigmine group,20 of 21 patients were brought to life and only 1 died,the average revival time was 11.69 hours.Conclusion Both methylphenidate and physostigmine have definite efficacy in the salvage of acute antipsychotics toxicosis and there is no significant difference between them while the former have less side effects and higher security.
