情志干预护理促进针刺麻醉下行甲状腺手术康复的效果

目的探讨睛志干预护理对促进针刺麻醉下行甲状腺手术患者早日康复的效果。方法将106例甲状腺疾病需要手术治疗的患者随机分为两组，均在针刺麻醉下行甲状腺手术。对照组（50例）只给予告知术前注意事项及健康宣教护理；观察组（56例）给予情志护理，比较两组患者术前血压和心率变化，以及两组患者术中增加麻醉辅助用药及改变麻醉方法睛况。结果两组患者术前1d血压及心率与入手术室30min后变化差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）；入手术室后因高度紧张需术中增加麻醉辅助用药及改变麻醉方法比例差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论情志干预护理能有效缓解甲状腺手术患者的术前焦虑，减少血压及心率波动，使患者以最佳状态接受手术，取得良好的护理效果。

Effect of emotional care interventions on acupuncture anesthesia in thyroid surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of emotional intervention on acupuncture anesthesia in patients with thyroid surgery. Methods 106 patients of thyroid disease were treated with acupuncture anesthesia thyroid surgery and divided into two groups randomly. 50 individuals in control group received preoperative considerations and health care only,and another 56 individuals in observation group were treated with emotional care intervention. Results Blood pressure a day before surgery,heart rate and those after 30 min operation in observation group were significantly different from those in control group(P ＜ 0. 01). The proportion of increasing the anesthesia medication and changing the anesthesia method was also different between the two groups(P ＜0.01). Conclusions Emotional intervention nursing could effectively relieve the patient' s preoperative anxiety; reduce blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations,and keep the patients in good condition.
