| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对患者拒绝超声雾化吸入的原因分析,找出相应的护理干预,达到超声雾化吸入应有的疗效。方法:采用观察以及与患者交谈的方式调查拒绝的原因。结果:对合并肺部严重感染、拒绝超声雾化吸入的61例患者进行了综合分析,寻找原因,并采用相应的护理措施,最终使患者接受超声雾化吸入治疗。结论:患者的原因是患者拒绝超声雾化吸入的主观原因,而护理措施是否得当是患者拒绝超声雾化吸入的客观原因,正确的护理干预是患者接受超声雾化治疗的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective For patients with ultrasonic atomizer refused by reason of inhaled analysis,found the corresponding nursing intervention,achieve the effect of ultrasonic aerosolized due.Methods Patients with observation and way of talking investigation refused.Results With pulmonary infection,ultrasonic atomizer refused to inhaled 61 patients were analysed,the reason,and the corresponding nursing measures,and finally make patients underwent ultrasonography aerosolized treatment.Conclusion Patients with ultrasonic atomizer refuse is inspiratory,nursing measure of subjective reason is whether the patient refused ultrasonic aerosolized objectively,correct nursing intervention is patients receiing treatment of ultrasonic atomizer. |
