| Abstract: | Objective study on detect of salidroside in jingshen capsules. Method determination of salidroside by HPLC. Result the average of reclaim rate of salidroside in jingshen capsules is 97.3%,and RSD is 1.98%. Conclusion the method is simple,rapid,accurate and precise, which can be used for determination of salidroside in jingshen capsules. |
