bcl-xl 、bcl-2 在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中bcl-xl和bcl-2表达情况及其意义.方法 采用免疫组化SP法,检测10例正常肺组织,49例NSCLC组织和9例配对淋巴结转移癌组织中的bcl-xl及bcl-2表达强度.结果 NSCLC组织中,bcl-xl表达强度显著高于正常肺组织(P<0.05).伴淋巴结转移的NSCLC组织bcl-xl和bcl-2表达强度均高于不伴淋巴结转移的NSCLC组织(P<0.01).NSCLC中bcl-xl与bcl-2表达强度无相关性(P＞0.05).结论 bcl-xl表达增强可能与NSCLC发生有关.bcl-xl和bcl-2表达增强在NSCLC的淋巴结转移方面可能起着重要作用.在NSCLC组织中,bcl-xl与bcl-2表达无相关性.

Expression of bcl-xl and bcl-2 in Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma and Their Significance

Objective To investigate the expression level and clinic pathological significance of bcl-xl and bcl-2 in non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC). Methods The immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of bcl-xl and bcl-2 in 10 normal bronchial epithelium,49 primary NSCLC and 9 paired lymph node metastases. Results The immunointensity of bcl-xl in NSCLC was higher than that in normal bronchial epithelium(P< 0.05). The immunointensity of bcl-xl and bcl-2 in NSCLC with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis (P< 0.01). The expression were not correlated between bcl-xl and bcl-2. Conclusion The up-regulation of bcl-xl was probably related to the tumor genesis of NSCLC.The overexpression of bcl-xl and bcl-2 may play an important role in the lymph node metastasis of NSCLC. There was no correlation between bcl-xl and bcl-2 in NSCLC.
