| Abstract: | The diterpenoid glycoside was isolated from the whole herbs of Siegesbeckia pubescens Makino collected from Shuang-Liu, Chengdu, Sichuan. Which was identified by Chemical and Spectroscopic analysis to be darutoside. Methods of isolation and purification were improved. |
