综合干预对性病门诊问诊服务质量影响分析

目的评价对医疗机构进行性病规范服务的综合干预，对医务人员问诊服务提供情况的影响。方法随机抽取6家具有诊疗资质的性病门诊作为研究现场，并将条件相当的门诊随机分为对照组和干预组，并对前来就诊的、15～49岁性病患者或可疑患者进行问卷调查，采用卡方检验等方法进行统计分析。结果基线共调查860人，其中干预组412人，对照组448人；干预后调查研究对象869人，干预组451人，对照组418人。干预组除“目前症状”项目外，各项指标干预后均高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。对于“目前症状”的问诊，干预组和对照组分别进行干预前、后比较，差异均无统计学意义（x^2=1．03，P=0．3112；x^2=0．54，P=0．4626）。结论干预措施对于性病门诊服务质量的优化有显著的促进作用。

Impact of Intervention project on enquiry service at STDs outpatient department

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention on quality of service at STDs outpa- tient department. Methods Six STD clinics with license was randomized selected and assigned to intervention and control groups, patients or suspicious cases during 15-49 years old were enrolled in questionnaire survey. One-way ANOVA was used. Results 860 eligible cases was recruited, the cases in intervention and in the control group were 412 and 448, respectively. Except the index of the present symptom, the rest of the quality of services related indi- cators after intervention were higher than those before intervention （P〈0.05）. The difference of the present symp- tom index before and after intervention in both intervention and control groups was not statistically significant （x^2 = 1.03,P=0. 3112 x^2 =0.54,P=0. 4626）. Conclusion Interfering can improve the service quality of STDs outpatient department.
