综合干预对MSM的艾滋病相关知识行为及HIV感染率的影响

目的对浦东新区男男性行为人群（MSM）开展艾滋病高危行为综合干预，进行干预效果评价，为今后干预策略的制定提供依据。方法于2011年10月-2012年12月，按入选标准招募符合要求的研究对象，进行干预前基线问卷调查、艾滋病病毒（HIV）抗体检测、综合干预及12个月的随访干预，于随访结束后，再次进行问卷调查和HIV抗体检测，并评价效果。结果148名入选合格的调查对象中，123人完成了随访干预和效果评价。研究对象干预前、后对艾滋病相关知识的回答的正确率，除“共用注射器是否传播艾滋病”由77．0％上升到87．8％外，其余均在90％左右，总体上差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。干预后研究对象最近一次安全套使用率和最近6个月安全套使用率均有上升（P〈0．01）。干预前后HIV感染率分别为率8．1％和14．6％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论在MSM中开展艾滋病高危行为综合干预，对提高该人群自我保护意识及行为起到一定的促进作用，有利于减少HIV的传播。

Objective To evaluate the effect of integrated intervention on HIV infection and associated knowl- edge and behaviors among MSM, in order to offer suggestions for intervention strategies. Methods From October, 2011 to December, 2012, MSM meet the criteria were enrolled and received 12 month follow-up and intervention. Subjects received the survey and HIV testing before and after intervention. Results 123/148 eligible cases comple- ted follow-up and the two surveys. The difference of HIV awareness rate, which were all above 90%, was not sta- tistically significant before and after intervention （P〉0.05）, except the recognition of HIV could transmitted by sharing syringes, which increased from 77.0% to 87.8%. Both the proportion of condom use at last time and previ- ous 6 month was increased after integrated intervention （P〈0.01）. The difference of HIV infection before （8.1%） and after （14.6%） intervention was not statistically significant （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Integrated intervention played effective roles in increasing HIV awareness and condom use, which would be benefit for decreasing the trans- mission of HIV among MSM in Pudong, Shanghai.
