| 摘 要： | 目的 进一步探讨脑脓肿发病情况、影像学表现，选择最佳治疗方法，提高治疗效果。方法 回顾分析147例脑脓肿的发病、病因、影像学表现、治疗方法及死亡率下降因素。结果 脑脓肿发病年龄较年青，血源性及隐源性脑脓肿发病率升高,CT结合MRI可明确诊断，选择最佳手术方法。CT应用后死亡率由23．8％下降到7．5％。结论 CT为脑脓肿最主要的诊断方法，CT定位下穿刺排肽可治愈大部分脑脓肿。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the pathogenic experience, imaging findings and methods of treatment of brain abscess in order to improve the effect of treatment.Methods The pathogenesis, etology, imaging findings, treatment methods and the factors of lower mortality were retrospectively analysed in 147 cases with brain abscess. Results Most of patients were young. Brain abscess resulting from cryptogenic infectin and hematogenous spread were mainly etiology. With CT and MRI, we can differentiate the brain abscess as different stages, and therefore, chose the best therapeutical method. After the introduction of CT, the mortality rate had diminished from 23 8% to 7 5%. Conclusions CT is the best method for diagnosis of brain abscess. By orienting with CT, we can cure most of brain abscess by simple aspiration. |
