外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病对妊娠结局的影响

目的:了解外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(vulvovaginalcandidiasis,VVC)的发生率,胎膜早破、产褥感染的情况。方法:2005年11月~2006年6月对深圳市罗湖区妇幼保健院在定期产检的孕中晚期385例孕妇行阴道假丝酵母菌涂片、培养;并进行随诊;其中有178例分娩,20例胎盘送病理检查。结果:妊娠期VVC发病率20·78%(80/385)。给予治疗的43例,未治疗的103例,孕期VVC治疗与不治未增加胎膜早破的发生及产褥感染的发生。胎盘假丝酵母菌携带者病理表现急性炎症。结论:孕期感染VVC对胎膜早破和产褥感染的发生影响不大,但未治疗的胎盘为急性炎症易致子宫内膜炎症。

The influence of vulvovaginal candidiasis on the pregnancy outcomes

Objective:To investigate the incidence of vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) during pregnancy and the influence of vulvovaginal candidiasis on fetal membranes and puerperal infection.Methods:Vaginal discharge samples of 385 gravida were examined in maternal and child health care hospital of Luohu district from 2005, 3 to 2005, 8 by smeared and cultured for fungus to follow up.Of 178 deliveries, 20 cases received placenta pathological examination.Results:The incidence of VVC was 20.78%.The rates of premature rupture of membrane and puerperal infections were not higher in VVC treated and un-treated groups. Pathological examination of the placenta of the fungus-carrier confirmed it to be acute infection. There were 13 cases lochias of un-treated group last for 35 to 45 days, 6 cases neonatus infection.Conclusion:There was no significant influence of vulvovaginal candidiasis on fetal membranes and puerperal infection, un-treated placentitis could lead to endometritis.
