| 摘 要： | 目的 了解北京城乡结合部社区2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))控制现状,分析其可能的影响因素,为糖尿病患者社区管理个体化方案提供依据.方法 选择社区内2型糖尿病患者,测量身高、体质量、血压,检测血糖、血脂、HbA_(1c).以HbA_(1c)控制水平＜7.0%或≥7.0%,分为两组,即A组(＜7.0%)和B组(≥7.0%).采用SPSS 11.5软件进行统计分析.结果 A组中HbA_(1c)与BMI、血糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇有相关性(P＜0.05),B组中HbA_(1c)与血糖、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋胆固醇白间有相关性(P＜0.05).结论 HbA_(1c)与空腹及餐后2 h血糖、血脂之间具有关联性,定期检测HbA_(1c)对2型糖尿病的长期稳定控制有重要意义. |
