白松片对应激大鼠模型海马Glu、Asp、GABA含量的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨中药白松片对应激大鼠海马谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸含量的影响.方法:将健康成年雄性大鼠48只,随机分为:正常对照、模型对照、氟西汀对照及白松片3个剂量6组,每组8只,通过强迫游泳建立应激大鼠模型.采用预防加治疗给药,高效液相色谱仪-荧光检测法检测大鼠海马Glu、Asp及GABA含量.结果:应激7天后,模型对照组海马Asp、Glu含量(分别为:1.522±0.294、5.123±0.491μmol/g),高于正常对照组,差异有显著性(P均<0.01);白松片等效、3倍、5倍剂量组海马Asp、Glu含量Asp分别为:(1.268±0.237)μmol/g,(1.253±0.240)μmol/g,(1.168±0.135)μmol/g,Glu分别为(4.051±0.752)μmol/g,(3.565±0.671)μmol/g(3.435±0.443)μmol/g]均低于模型对照组,差异有显著性,(P<0.05、P<0.01).结论:白松片能降低应激大鼠海马Asp、Glu的含量.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of Baisong-Tablet on aspartate, glutamate and gama-aminobutyric acid levels in hippocampus homogenate of stress rat.Methods:48 adult Sprague-Dawley male rats were randomly divided into six groups including 3 control groups (Normal control ,Model control and Fluoxetine hydrochloride control) and 3 treatment groups (different dose of Baisong-Tablet treatment ). The stress model be established by forced swimming. The levels of aspartate, glutamate, and gama-aminobutyric acid were measured by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. Results:The levels of aspartate and glutamate in the model control group were significantly higher than that in normal control group respectively (all P<0.01).Compared with model control group, the levels of aspartate and glutamate in all BaiSong-Tablet treatment groups were significantly lower. (P<0.01or P<0.05). Conclusion:BaiSong-Tablet can decrease the levels of aspartate and glutamate acid in hippocampus of stress rat.
