| 摘 要： | 以显示核仁组成区相关蛋白(Ag-NOR)的银染技术用于消化道142例标本研究,标本有食管、胃和结肠的正常上皮,食管和胃的增生上皮,胃印戒细胞癌,结肠腺瘤样息肉和食管、胃和结肠癌肿。结果显示在正常上皮和癌细胞核中Ag-NOR均数有显著性差异。且癌的Ag-NOR计数高于增生上皮(P<0.01),从而认为Ag-NOR的定量研究在某些消化道疾患中有一定的应用价值。

| Abstract: | 1425 specimens from the digestive tract were studied by means of the argyrophil (Ag-NOR) technique for nucleolar organizer region (NOR)-associated protein. The specimens included normal epithelia and carcinoma of the esophagus, the stomach and the colon; hyperplastic epithelia of the esophagus and the stomach; signet-ring cell carcinoma of the stomach and adenomatous polyp of the colon. The mean numbers of Ag-NOR sites in normal epithlium and carcinoma were significantly different. The Ag-NOR counts in carcinoma were higher than in the hyperplastic epithelium (P<0.01). It is therefore proposed that the quantitative study of Ag-NOR-associated proteins has certain practical value in the diagnosis of some diseases of the digestive tract. |
