精神患者睡眠障碍因素分析

目的：探讨精神患者睡眠障碍因素。方法：采用回顾性分析的方法,分析本院收治的120例精神病合并睡眠障碍患者的临床资料。结果：女性比例、年龄35～45岁、初中文化、无业均在一般资料中比例较高;以入睡困难为主要临床表现;睡眠障碍患者发生的相关因素主要是兴奋、恐惧、躁动、紧张、焦虑等因素;治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数明显低于治疗前,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论：对精神病并睡眠障碍患者相关因素进行分析,为临床治疗提高可靠理论依据。

The analyze of psychosis dyssomnia factor

Objective：To explore the mental factors in patients with sleep disorders.Methods：A retrospective analysied,analysied of 120 patients admitted to psychiatric hospital combined clinical data of patients with sleep disorders.Results：The proportion of women,ages 35 to 45 years old,junior middle school education,the unemployed were in a higher pro portion of general information;to difficulty falling asleep as the main clinical manifestations;sleep disorder patients was the main factor related to excitement,fear,restlessness,nervousness,anxiety and other factors;pittsburgh sleep quality index after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：The psychiatric and sleep disorders related factors are analyzed,in order to improve the reliable theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
