| Abstract: | Intracranial chordomas are rare in childhood. Only 15 cases have been reported in children less than 6 years old. Bone destruction and calcification have been stated to be characteristics of this tumor. We present the case of a 5-year-old boy with clival chordoma without bone involvement. |
